               Dr. Tony Ledbetter LPC

                          Owner

 I believe that counseling is my purpose in life. I have over 15 years of behavioral health experience. Although I am trained in various areas my preferred therapeutic modalities consist of Existential therapy, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT and grief. I am also, EMDR trained. I acquired a master’s in counseling from Webster University. I am a Certified Veteran and Military (CVMHP). Mental Health Professional I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I attended Arizona State University (ASU) and obtained a Doctorate in Behavioral Health (DBH) in 2021. In my down time, you can find me spending time with my family, playing sports, and playing video games.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and tailored to your needs while using evidenced-based treatments. I enjoy working with individuals who are committed to their mental health journey and are passionate about their personal growth. I thrive in supporting those identifying as BIPOC, Neurodivergent, and LGBTQIA+. I am also EMDR-trained and enjoy working with challenges related to various forms of trauma and cultural and generational trauma. I am sex-positive, Kink-aware, and poly-friendly.

With a heart dedicated to understanding and healing, I am here to walk with you through your challenges, offering a safe space for growth, acceptance, and transformation. We all struggle in different ways from areas like depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, addiction, betrayal, low self-esteem, or other trauma, there is hope. As a veteran with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health counseling from Grand Canyon University, I believe that each person holds the power to create the life they desire and the potential to shape tomorrow. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I offer a compassionate and collaborative approach to help you overcome obstacles, build resilience, and empower your journey toward lasting change.
